Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
•If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a 35% cancellation fee will be charged.
•No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
Late Policy
• A 15-minute grace period is allowed. However, if you arrive past that time, your appointment may need to be canceled or rescheduled.
• If you do not call or text within the 15-minute window, it will be considered a no-show, and the full appointment fee will be charged.
• Make sure you arrive ON TIME!
• Arrive with zero eye makeup at all!
Deposits
• The deposit will be credited to you appointment, if you need to reschedule it can be applied to that appointment! If you cancel it’s non refundable.
